Balika Vadhu: Awakening to the New Dawn!!!!!

Anandi has decided to let go off her husband, Jagiya. She has no intentions of punishing him for his wrong deeds coz that will not set anything right in her life. She wants to focus on herself & wants to utilize her time & energy in pursuing her unfulfilled dreams.

Anandi now intends to lead by example & simultaneously evolve a revolution, giving a ray of hope to all the Balika Vadhu’s who have been suffering the consequences of “Child Marriage.” Bearing the torch of knowledge she desires to free their lives from ignorance & illiteracy, give them the strength to stand up for themselves & live a life of dignity.

Today Anandi gave a new perspective towards life not only to her Teacher-ji but also to many of us who think revenge is the best way out to set right all the wrongs. It is possibly the easy way out too coz what Anandi has decided to do needs more courage & strength of character. Most of us believe in holding on to our past which makes it difficult for us to move forward & see the opportunities that life has en-stored for us. We get so engrossed in our pain that we fail to see the brighter side of life.

As much as we admire Anandi’s strong will power & good intentions, we also realize that her journey towards accomplishing her dreams is not going to be easy.

Having settled upon this dream, it is now for time to unfold, Anandi’s first step towards her vision of a New Dawn!!!!
