A Very Happy Birthday to Barun!!

Barun Sobti, is quite a popular name in the television industry. This Model turned Actor, started his acting career with a show named Shraddha, which was aired on Star Plus. However he became extremely popular as the happy go lucky Shravan in Baat Hamari Pakki Hai & currently is seen playing the character of hardhearted business tycoon, Arnav Singh Raizada in the show Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon.

This handsome Punjabi Munda has managed to captivate the hearts of thousands of girls with his charming personality & good looks.

Barun is not only a good actor, but he is also a good human being. Recently Rangmunch.TV had done an interview with him on the Eve of Rakshabandhan & he was extremely cordial in his interaction with us. During our conversation, we realized that like Arnav in reel life, Barun is extremely loving & protective about his sister in real life. However, unlike Arnav, Barun completely believes in the idea of love & is married to the love of his life.

Laughter Ka Weekend Dose: Circus Ka Naya Daur!!

Rangmunch.TV brings in laughter and comedy to you all in form of Comedy Circus Ka Naya Daur “Uniform Special" to go on air on 21^st August 2011.

The all time favorite stress buster 'Comedy Circus Ka Naya Daur' has got something unique for its audience in the upcoming episode. So! What is unique this time? Yes! It is the theme of the episode 'Uniform Special'. So let us gear up to see how the Comedy Kings tickle the funny bones of the audience around the theme of this episode.

We will see Vishakha as a lady conductor and Mantra in various different avtaars, Ankita as a teacher and our favourite Kapil as a naughty student. This act gets standing ovation by Judge Archana Singh with her giving full marks to the contestants. Azhar and Priya entertain the audience with the act of a Pizza Delivery boy and an old corrupt woman who tries to exploit this boy. Bharti and Siddharth gave an entertaining act of a Policewoman who talks about her relationship with Superman. Judges couldn't stop laughing at this act as it was one of the best performance given by this pair. Mahi entertained the judges as a girl who gets fascinated about getting married and hence meets this Gay chef, whom she tries to impress. Our all time comedy Kings Krushana and Sudesh will be seen in a new avatar of Men in black. This performance gets them standing ovation by Judge Archana Singh and much wanted thundering claps.

Hrithik Roshan hates Elimination

Rangmunch TV brings you news straight from the the dance floor of the reality show Just Dance on Star Plus.

While the superstar Hrithik Roshan is judging the country’s biggest dance reality show “Just Dance,” he is not in favour of eliminations & expressed his angst towards the same that takes place on a weekly basis. Hrithik looks visibly tensed every time he has to announce the name of the eliminated contestant.

Infact, Hrithik went to the extent of discussing his concern with the producers, requesting them to change the rules and do away with the eliminations as he thinks it’s unfair towards such talented performers.

Even during the episodes he repeatedly says, “if all of them perform well, we will retain them”.

Hrithik also mentioned, “For me all the contestants are amazing dancers and amazing people too. It's hard to let anyone go.  I’ve tried to change the rules umpteen number of times and been reprimanded by my fellow judges Farah and Vaibhavi for doing so,” says Hrithik (quote from HT Sunday story)

He hates creating drama & hype around eliminations and therefore quickly announces the name of the safe contestants and rushes to the eliminated one to console him/her.

We would like to remind Hrithik “with great power comes great responsibility” & one has to abide by it.

Disco Deewane on X-Factor!!

The Final Four of X-Factor, will rock the viewers on Disco songs this Saturday.

Sona Mahaptra will start the show with a bang from the latest hit ‘I hate you like I love you.’ Nirmitee Group will perform a Disco Dhamaka on stage with their song ‘Koi Yahan Aaha Naache Naache.’ Judge guru Sanjay was so impressed with their singing, that he too sang few lines from the song along with Shreya and Sonu.

Divyanka Tripathi is back !!!

Television actor Divyanka Tripathi, who became a household name after

her much adored role as Vidya, in a tele soap “ Banoo Main Teri Dulhan “

on Zee Channel , will now show her comedy skills in a rom-com titled “

Chintu Chinki Aur Ek Badi Si Love Story”.

The show will be aired on SAB TV from 22nd August at 8pm, where

Divyanka plays the lead Chinki.This show is based on situational comedy

where Chinki hails from Bhopal having stron moral values.She is a simple

hearted , responsible girl who has very little wants in life.The show which

is a love story brings in the stolen glances, first meeting, love letters, first

dates and obviously family opposition.

Divyanka is once again paired against Rajesh Kumar after the two shared

screen space in another Comedy “Mrs & Mr Sharma Allahabadwaale.” They

share a good chemistry on screen and look good together.Waiting to see

her spread the magic on the screen once again.

Bechara Maan.. Nahi hai mahaan !

....So the dance sequence happened, and i fell asleep while watching the show last night ... and had to watch it again this morning.. so at this one point in the song, where maan and geet do this little KH meets Mahi mahi meets mast kalandar ditto ditto ditto steps ... you see Maan walking forward and Geet standing at the back crying while Maan has an angry disturbed look on his face. The look disturbed me, so i gladly used  my tata sky pause and play option to my convenience and froze the screen !! Cos at that moment there was so much untold story coming from Maan's face and his expressions...

At about 1.50 look at the pained look on his face, you will know what i mean, and then when it is complimented with lines like ...

meri nazar toh 

tumpe pare toh

man me tha tera sedhai

betabion ko

rahat mili toh

dhoor hui meri tanhai

mere rang ka 

tere roop ka

hai aasar tere surroor ka

mere haal se 

mere dard se

tu hai bekhabar

Going a little backward, you see how Maan is reluctant to dance, but starts to only after seeing tears in Geet's eyes and compliments her in the entire dance? When was the last time Maan did that ?  Do you remember the behne de time when she had asked him to dance, and he had refused, but had done it as he watched her dance, there after he had danced when she was missing her mayke waaley, and the dances that came later came from the MSK who was a changed man... But the Maan we see now irrespective of the ML, is someone who doesnt believe in this kind of naach gaana, but he did it ...

Lavu my friend and i were talking this morning about this, and we both agreed to the fact that ...

Maan knows Geet is his wife: FACT 1

Maan is drawn to Geet: FACT 2

Maan sucks at expressing himself: FACT 3

In the given scenario, it is not his love or his attraction for her that makes the entire scenario sad... it is his mental state ... For whatever reasons if you saw 1:50, Maan says ... "mere haal se mere dard se tu hai bekhabar" where its clear that the whole world can see Geet and her tears but no one see's his inner turmoil .. of him having turned into a loner ...

His entire family supports Geet

His entire family knows he has lost his memory, but wants it to come back.

Everyone is playing pranks to make sure Maan and Geet get together ... 

Amidst all this, everyone misses to see, that its not Maan's fault that he has been pushed to the corner where only he gets to deal with whatever he is going through. If he has really lost his memory he is wondering how to deal with his attraction towards this woman who claims to be his wife, but the gentleman in him refuses to take advantage of the fact just cos they are tied down by marriage! he is once again living and learning the emotions that he had gone through a year ago ...!!  Everyone has been supportive to the extent that they know he has forgotten his past .. but the effect of not being able to recollect how the last one year went where he fell in love, got married, met with an accident, saw changes in his work place is something that this poor man is unable to fathom !!!

Even if this were to be looked at in another scenario where its not his memory thats lost, we also know Maan alone knows why he is doing what he is doing. If he has gotten NT back into the house, he definitely has bigger plans in store .. If he wants Geet to stand up for herself as 4lee says he knows he will have to put her through these hard times .. lastly, to be insanely in love with a woman and to pose like you dont care when you are totally drawn to her, want to be around her, embrace her and love ... is perhaps the hardest thing for Maan to deal with at the moment ...

Either ways it does make our heart go out to this man, and hence take their story forward in which ever way it takes !!Let fate be the decider, but Maan Singh Khurana for sure in the entire deal has lost out on a lot ... and i think, fate stops playing games with him and either restores his lost memory or things happen in a way that reveal why he has had to put himself through this period of self torture!!
